This course focuses on the three sources of real property law: Student will gain firsthand experience looking up case law using LexisNexis databases, evaluating that case law, determining how it impacts real estate development professionals.

This course is designed to give students an understanding of the legal environment within which real estate development occurs and provide them with the tools to continue learning about real property law throughout their careers.
